Bayu, as co-founder FishLog with Reza Fahlepi and Abdul Halim in 2020. Together with FishLog Troops, Bayu aims to achieve the most effective modern transactions and implement secure and real-time payment principles. It all started as a solution to the issue of seafood waste and the conventional management of cold storage.
Bayu stated, “FishLog is digitizing the fisheries cold chain and cold storage systems to support the SDGs 2030 (The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals) and global financial governance. FishLog contribute a significant role in connecting fisheries stakeholders and supporting their needs optimally. We can optimize the storage space for seafood products in cold storage during the fishing season and distribute them at the right time. Therefore, FishLog can ensure the sustainability of the supply chain from upstream to downstream. The absorption of seafood products by FishLog’s partners from the upstream part is optimal, reduces the food waste, and the logistics distribution by FishLog’s downstream partners is evenly distributed.”
With Bayu and FishLog, all national and global fisheries stakeholders form the FishLog Fisheries Supply Chain ecosystem, which is sustainable and supports all global fisheries assets.
